When you place an order for artwork we will generate order specific, color calibrated files and send them to the printer. Depending on the type of material and the size the artwork may be printed locally or be ordered from a specialized photo lab. It takes anywhere from 3 to 7 days to print the orders. We receive the order, inspect it to ensure it meets our quality standards and then we will ship the order to you.
Depending on the size of the artwork and your location the shipping options will vary. Shipping large pieces can be very expensive, and that is the reason we are not offering international shipping. If you are located outside the USA but like our artwork, contact us and we will explore the options for delivering artwork to you.
We will combine multiple pieces of artwork into as few packages as possible to reduce your shipping cost while maintaining proper and safe packaging. If your order arrives damaged please contact us immediately. Your satisfaction with your artwork is paramount to us, and we will replace your damaged order at no cost to you.
